Refund is offered provided the request for return of the item/s is made via email at infolabelcentric.com within a maximum period of 3 days from receipt of the items/s. If no request for return is received within the aforesaid period of 3 days then in that event LabelCentric shall neither be liable to accept the item/s nor refund any amount whatsoever irrespective of the reason for the return other than any claims against the authenticity of the item/s. Please package the return items securely preferably using the original shipping box. Items must be in the same condition as received including all the original packaging and enclosed materials. The security tag attached to your items must be intact to receive a full refund. If you attempt to remove the security tag or the original tags on the items a return will not be accepted.
